Title: Shaka Shaka Seafood Casserole Baked Sushi with Mayonnaise

2lbAssorted seafood (white fish
  Salmon,
  Tuna fillet, crab, and
  Shrimp)
1/2cChopped onion
1/2cChopped carrots
2tbChopped green onion
1/2 Avocado, diced
  Salt and pepper to taste
1cMayonnaise
2tbTobiko (flying fish roe)
  Nori (dried seaweed) pieces

Preheat oven to 350F. Cut seafood into bite-sized pieces; place in a large bowl. Add chopped vegetables and avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 c mayonnaise and tobiko, mix well. Put in a 9" pie plate or casserole dish. Top with nori pieces. Bake 20-25 min.
